Net Zero Barnsley is part of the Low Carbon Project, a project part-funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and supported and part funded by the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA). Sheffield City Council is the lead applicant for the South Yorkshire region. The Low Carbon project has received £1,698,999 from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
